With the
improvement of production levels, the life of people is richer and richer, and
the spiritual life needs are higher and higher. Nowadays, computers spread in
common life and computer games also have mushroomed, and quickly occupied the
entire game market, more and more teenagers begin to indulge in online games.
Everything has two sides, and online game is unexceptional. Some people regard
it as friend for entertainment and leisure, while others treat it as the
catalyst for people to pay excessive attention to plaything saps the will.
Many
educational online games are beneficial to the development of people’s thinking
ability, which require players to have good judgment, and reaction ability to
play its role. Therefore, the network game bring players not only the sensory
stimulation, but also bring challenges to exercise the thinking ability in the
process. Players can learn some knowledge by observing, experiencing and
interacting in the game which is involved in knowledge in different fields. So
it is like a unique learning process for players which is full of vitality.
But
it also has some disadvantages, for example, from the aspects of people’s
communication, in network game, players can chat with each other, and from the
team together to kill others, which closes the distance of the player, however,
fuelling the hypocrisy of people. We know that online chat is mainly done
through the text, which cannot express a lot of other information by the nonverbal
communication. This is the significant differences between network
communication and face to face communication. Indeed people can use some
expression, symbols of the mood, or use voice chat in network communication,
but they only can make the other side have some sense of perceiving while not
understanding other part of nonverbal communication fully. Due to the
virtualization of network and the simplicity of communication, the accuracy of
the information in the network communication is a big discount.
Under such condition, it
is predicted in 2020, this unbalance situation between the online game and life
will be eased. In the first place, online game is in the primary stage, and
there is no perfect ideology and policy o it, but in 2020, countries will issue
more and more policies to deal with it. When people realize the harm of
indulging in the network through the guidance of the society, they will reduce
the time and energy in the network and evade these dregs. In addition, with the
exposure of more and more disadvantages of network, in 2020 more and more
people will understand network communication behavior is only a means of social
communication. Online dating is just an extension and supplement of the
traditional way of dating, but it cannot completely replace the real
interpersonal communication. When people receive the propaganda of treating
network correctly, they will take use of network reasonably and deal with the
imbalance between network and real life. So in consideration of online communication
in 2020, the situation will depend on the society’ guidance and people’
consciousness.
